Traditionally all waterbeds would have had a wooden frame hardside in which to place the waterbed mattress. Over time these have been updated to conform to more modern tastes and comfort in the form of soft sided waterbeds.About our High & Dry Softsided Sophie Waterbeds
The foam bumpers and mattress are encased in a beautifully quilted casing and zip off washable top for easy cleaning and the healthiest sleep possible. Below the foam bumpers there is extra wooden support not normally found on standard soft sided waterbeds. This prevents sagging of the sides of the bed and greater support for the foam bumpers.
